Harry Bayley is an artist, writer and programmer based in Taipei. Their films have been screened both domestically (UK) and internationally. Currently, he is a programmer for the Slow Film Festival and a preselector for ANFF. His writing can be found in No Exits, Gamescenes, and The Big Ship.
